Textys brings sales, purchasing, stock and production into a single Odoo, set up for the work of a garment maker: models with size and colour variants, manufacturing orders with steps and costs, subcontracted work tied to purchasing.

Models and variants

Each model has its size and colour variants, with a size grid on sales and purchase orders. Technical page.

Make-to-order manufacturing

The manufacturing order comes from the sales order, with steps, work centres (cutting, sewing, packing) and costs. Technical page.

Bills of materials

One bill of materials per model, with consumption and operations per variant, and the cost computed from it. Technical page.

Subcontracting

Components go to the subcontractor, the processed piece comes back, and purchasing and the manufacturing order stay linked. Technical page.

Purchasing and stock

Suppliers per raw material, receipt of goods, lot tracking and inventory. Technical page.

Analytic accounting

The cost of each order, or of each trade fair, while it runs.

Odoo Community, with Enterprise options

Textys is built on Odoo 19 and 20 Community, an open and reusable base. When a function only exists in Enterprise, such as quality control or advanced engineering change management, we say which one and the company chooses.

If you already run Primavera, PHC or Excel

There is no need to change everything at once. Data migration uses the tools developed by TSC. We rehearse on a test environment and make the final switch on a date agreed with the company.

Invoicing

Certified invoicing is handled through a partner certified by the Portuguese tax authority (AT), connected to Odoo. We look at your case before any commitment. Technical page on sales and invoicing.
